Returns |

Complaints or claims for damaged or
defective goods must be notified to us within seven days of
receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time
after the goods were expected to arrive. |

If any of your goods are defective,
please email us with full details and we will
inform you of the procedure to follow. We will either replace your defective
goods or issue a refund (at our discretion). |

|
|
Any goods ordered from our website which
have been customised for you - for example, with special engraving or
embroidery - cannot be returned unless the manufacturing
process has resulted in defective goods. |
|
|
|
If you have ordered goods from our website
which have not been customised specially for you, you may return them
for a full refund (for the goods value excluding postage and packaging
charge) within seven days provided that the goods have not
been opened and are in their original packaging. Please email us
with full details. |

Jurisdiction and Law |

These Conditions and any act or contract
to which they apply shall be governed by English Law and any dispute
arising out of any act or contract to which these conditions apply
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. |

These terms and conditions shall not
remove or reduce any statutory rights. |
